A New Space for Growth and Connection
We are excited to announce that The Allelon Initiative has access to a community center after school hours, featuring a gymnasium and space for various programs. While this isn’t our permanent home, we are grateful for the opportunity to further our mission through community collaboration while staying true to our vision. Please pray for us and support our efforts to enhance our impact in the community. Thank you for your continued support!

We are excited to announce that the gym will be open for the youth in the community starting on Saturday mornings from 10 AM to 3 PM. Each session will kick off with a light breakfast, followed by a devotional.

After School Tutoring
Allelon is excited to announce that we will be providing after-school tutoring, made possible by the generous support of our sponsors and dedicated volunteers. This initiative is crucial as it aligns with our mission to empower disenfranchised communities through holistic support. By offering academic assistance, we aim to nurture the spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being of individuals, helping them build confidence and succeed in their educational journeys. We believe that by investing in our youth’s education, we are fostering a brighter future for the entire community, creating opportunities for growth and development that extend beyond the classroom

Kid's Cafe
Kid's Café, a program by Dare to Care, is dedicated to addressing food insecurity among children in our community by providing nutritious meals and snacks in a safe and welcoming environment. This initiative not only ensures that children receive the nourishment they need to thrive but also creates a supportive space where they can engage in educational and recreational activities. By partnering with local organizations, Kid's Café aims to foster a sense of community and belonging, empowering children to develop healthy habits and build lasting relationships. Through this program, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our youth, helping them grow physically, emotionally, and socially.

Free Counseling
At Allelon, we are passionate about being relational and intentional in our approach to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals. Our staff members are licensed, trained, and certified in Christian counseling, providing a unique perspective that integrates a Christian worldview. In addition to their certifications, all staff counselors are trained in the importance of contextualization and cultural humility, ensuring that they understand and respect the diverse backgrounds and experiences of those they serve. This commitment allows us to offer compassionate support that is both relevant and sensitive to the needs of each individual, fostering an atmosphere of trust and understanding.

Community Outreach
At Allelon, we believe that our approach should be community-integrated, and outreach and connection with other pillars in the community are vital to our mission. We actively engage in various initiatives that foster relationships and support among community members. Examples of our outreach efforts include hosting cookouts at the family park, organizing movie nights, and providing community dinners. Additionally, we distribute water and snacks to youth during hot weather, conduct prayer walks, and participate in many other activities that promote connection and well-being. Through these efforts, we aim to create a sense of belonging and support, reinforcing our commitment to uplifting the community as a whole.
